He was so nice, got us checked in to a wonderful room with 2 queen size beds, corner room, big bathroom.
The staff on the front desk looked very depressed which did dampen our mood.
We were upgraded to a spa room on a higher floor after we discovered our original rooms' toilet was broken, so that was nice.
