So i took this app and realized its very hard to keep running count and add ur hand and make decision at the same time.
This app is making mepractice that which is an essential thing.
The people who run BJA know most people who get into card counting will fail but they sucker you into thinking you can get rich off it The app comes with videos and written articles that teach you what you need to know like High-Low counting method and betting basics.
The customizations you can make like the speed cards are dealt, making surrender optional, setting the number of decks in a boot, and setting rules on splitting allow you to simulate conditions at your local casino.
The game plays itself by basic strategy.
Teaches you the basics of card counting but not the true count.
Then in practice it expects you to know true count Buy the app and still need to pay for other features.
Lol NO Poor design more of sham to get you to their website to pay for their courses.
Based on the name I expected some counting drills at least.
You apparently have to pay even more for that.
There are free apps available in the App Store which are user friendly.
This app feels very dated, also not a fan of signs to take any actions.
Small touch buttons blackjack logic great.
I only purchased this app to support these guys as I have watched a lot of their content on YouTube.
Was expecting this to be build on that but it failed.
Everything about the app is really great except for the gestures.
I understand you want to make it feel real but too many times have I meant to double down and I lose my no fail streak because it thought I only hit.
This Apps description was very misleading.
The app is very basic.
You can only play vs the dealer and cannot simulate a real world event where other players would be present.
This app is great for practicing.
I would give it 5 stars, but I think it has an error in the basic strategy for surrender for 8 decks, when dealer hits soft 17.
The rest of the strategy is correct, but the surrenders are for dealer stand on just click for source 17.
Plus, you should surrender 15vs10 only on 8 deck game both S17 and H17but not on 4 or 6 decks, if my information is correct.
I think this is a bug; otherwise it would be nice if Colin could explain that difference for surrender for hits17 in his videos, because Wizard of Odds and strategyCard.
But that is not the reason I lowered the rating.

Was doing the counting drill and got completely stuck in a hard 16 vs.
Clicking Fix just loops back to this error message, while clicking Continue softlocks the drill completely.

Just wrote a review, but almost immediately got an idea for the app.
What about having the option for multiple hands being in played in a single hand.
This would help with counting many hands at once.
Or the option to let the computer run.
This gives my mind a workout for doing nothing but counting.
I need to count before I can play.
If anyone has watched the YouTube videos, Collin states the first thing to do is update the running count.
Let me count before I worry about basic strategy, or vis versa.
Let the seeds fall in the mind as they will.
As long as the time is invested, is there really a wrong way to learn it?
Bottom line, I LOVE THIS APP!!!!!
I always wanted to be good at a card game and I chose blackjack because this app is ranked the 1 Casino app so I thought why not?
I started training and watching the videos and before I knew it I memorized basic strategy in an hour and knew how to card count!
At first I made mistakes every once in a while and often lost my card count, but after a week of training I have a read more score of over 500 and can keep track of the card count without needing to check the reference anymore.
This is an issue because I need to accurately tell how many decks are left before I make my bet because this is important to how much I will be betting in the next round.
The only workaround I found was to exit the drill and then quickly tap on the discard tray image to make it zoom in before the betting screen pops up.
Other than that, this app is perfection.
This is a minor problem and I love this app.

This app is truly one of a kind simply for the mere fact that it alerts you when you make a wrong decision for Blackjack free mac Strategy and when Counting!

Learning to play basic rules is key, and this app walks you through any mistake you make.
And you can never practice counting too much.
Only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that it keeps crashing.
When clicking on the drill it closes.
I absolutely love this app, however sometimes I wish there was an option to see a more accurate true count more accurate true count conversions to the decimal.
For example, a running count of 7 with 3 decks left would be a true count of 2.

The app is a great study aid in so many areas.
When working on my splitting hand BS, you can split up to three times, giving you four hands.
If on one of those hands, you get another card of the same value, the system still says you should split.
Of coarse you cannot and have to play the hand base on a hard total.
If I cannot split 4 times, the system should adjust and just let me play the remained of the hands.
Absolutely worth the money and it will not let you down!
I wish when playing with tap options of hit, standect that the count would not obscure those options.
Also Blackjack double online exposure would like to see an option, that could be turned on or off, that shows the cards being delt, their count value.
But it is great the way it is.

Soon after downloading the app, it started to glitch where I only get aces for my first card.
Tried resetting the game, Uninstall and reinstall the game, and searched for a support to contact but it does not have a number or email anywhere.
Basically useless and a waste of my money.

Definitely ups my rounds per hour.
Having good training software in my pocket is kinda amazing.

Maybe there could be a way to just aggregate it into one notification or put the payout next to the hand totals.

I have gotten all that and more back.
Still want my last hand of every shoe to count, which was not fixed in the update.
I love this app it covers almost everything you need to do to train and get the practice hours in under your belt before you go into a casino.
I love the realistic deck estimation feature.
You have to have someone checking your game to make sure you have the right running and true count and this app can double check it all as you go along.
And it pays out pushes like wins.
BJA is all about perfection.
These kind of bugs make an app like this worthless.
I have noticed a marked difference in my accuracy using this app to reinforce my play.

Great app, but when you turn counting on and turn on the picture of the discard tray, there are times when the divisor seems way off, there will clearly be AT LEAST 3 decks sitting in the discard tray but the app tells you the divisor is 3.

This app is truly one of a kind simply for the mere fact that it alerts you when you make a wrong decision for Basic Strategy and when Counting!
Pretty genius to create this app.

Learning to play basic rules is key, and this app walks you through any mistake you make.
And you can never practice counting too much.
Only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that it keeps crashing.
When clicking on the drill it closes.
I absolutely love this app, however sometimes I wish there was an option to see a more accurate true count more accurate true count conversions to the decimal.
For example, a running count of 7 with 3 decks left would be a true count of 2.

The app is a great study aid in so many areas.
When working on my splitting hand BS, you can split up to three times, giving you four hands.
If on one of those hands, you get another card of the same value, the system still says you should split.
Of coarse you cannot and have to play the hand base on a hard total.
If I cannot split 4 times, the system should adjust and just let me play the remained of the hands.
Absolutely worth the money and it will not let you down!
I wish when playing with tap options of hit, standect that the count would not obscure those options.
Also I would like to see an option, that could be turned on or off, that shows the cards being delt, their count value.
But it is great the way it is.
The latest version of the BJA cars counting app is really great.
Great App for counting, the only feature that is missing in my opinion is setting the deck penetration.
I would die to find a table in vegas with 90% pen.
Soon after downloading the app, it started to glitch where I only get aces for my first card.

I like the new interface as well as the ability to play two hands.
Definitely ups my rounds per hour.
Having good training software in my pocket is kinda amazing.
More options to change the game type like h17, das, early surrender, etc would be nice.
Hands played, expected values, and other statistics would be nice too.
Maybe there could be a way to just aggregate it into one notification or put the payout next to the hand totals.

I have gotten all that and more back.
Still want my last hand of every shoe to count, which was not fixed in the update.
I love this app it covers almost everything you need to do to train and get the practice hours in under your belt before you go into a casino.
I love the realistic deck estimation feature.
You have to have someone checking your game to make sure you have the right running and true count and this app can double check it all as you go along.
And it pays out pushes like wins.
BJA is all about perfection.
These kind of bugs make an app like this worthless.
I have noticed a marked difference in my accuracy using this app to reinforce my play.

There is no better blackjack app or card counting training app out there.
As a member of BJA I can say I have learned everything needed to become an AP and beat the game of blackjack!
I always wanted to be good at a card game and I chose blackjack because this app is ranked the 1 Casino app so I thought why not?
I started training and watching the videos and before I knew it I memorized basic strategy in an hour and knew how to card count!
At first I made mistakes every once in a while and often lost my card count, but after a week of training I have a high card trick blackjack of over 500 and can keep track of the card count without needing to check the reference anymore.
This is an issue because I need to accurately tell how many decks are left before I make my bet because this is important to how much I will be betting in the next round.
The only workaround I found was to exit the drill and then quickly tap on the discard tray image to make it zoom in before the betting screen pops up.
Other than here, this app is perfection.

Was doing the counting drill and got completely stuck in a hard 16 vs.
Clicking Fix just loops back to this error message, while clicking Continue softlocks the drill completely.

Great app, but when you please click for source counting on and turn on the picture of the discard tray, there are times when the divisor seems way off, there will clearly be AT LEAST 3 decks sitting in the discard tray but the app tells you the divisor is 3.
Highly recommend it as a pre-session practice tool before sitting down at the tables.
